Tony Dias serves veterans above and beyond the call of duty.
Resume And Qualifications of Tony Dias

Tony Dias has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 and specializes in VA Home Loans. He is a local boy originally from Waianae. His father joined the U.S. Marine Corps when Tony was 2 years old; he served for 25 years and retired. Following his father's footsteps, Tony joined the Marine Corps after graduating from Kalaheo High School.

In 2006, Tony was asked to speak at a brown bag luncheon for approximately 75 Air National Guardsman at the Mamala Bay dining facility. After 2 hours of giving information and answering questions, he realized how little veterans know about the VA home loan benefit. He recognized the need for a place veterans could go and learn about the benefit as well as the market with no pressure to do anything except learn. As a result, he created a company called VA Loans Hawaii Inc. which is registered with the State of Hawaii as an educational company. VA Loans Hawaii's goal is to educate as many veterans as possible about this tremendous benefit. Our slogan is "You served our country. Now let us serve you." Tony considers it an honor and a privilege to help his fellow veterans use their entitlement to purchase a piece of the country they defended or currently defend. Tony says "VA Loans Hawaii will continue to educate veterans as long as God's willing."

This year Tony was blessed to be approved by the State of Hawaii's Real Estate Commission to conduct continuing education classes on the topic "The VA Home Loan Benefit For The Real Estate Licensee 2011-2012." In this class, realtors can learn about the VA home loan benefit so they can help veterans through the home buying process and receive 3 hours of CE credit.

May God Bless you and Heaven smile upon you.
